Service Pricing
- Prices provided online or over the phone are indicative only and subject to change without notice.
- Prices quoted apply only to services performed during our standard service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
- Quotes are only final once the item has been physically inspected.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- A minimum assembly fee of $70.00 applies per client/location.
- We reserve the right to recoup costs related to collection/delivery in the following cases:
- Items are not ready for collection when we arrive.
- Goods cannot be collected due to unpaid supplier invoices.
- Incorrect items are provided by the supplier.
- Incorrect collection location is provided.
- Collection occurs outside of normal service hours.
- For faulty kits (e.g., missing parts), we reserve the right to charge a partial or full fee for the portion of assembly completed and for repacking the item for return to the supplier.
- Assembly prices apply only within the Flagler and Volusia County areas. Additional fees will apply for services outside this area, subject to prior arrangement.
- Services provided outside standard service hours will incur a surcharge.
- If the assembly site has restricted access (e.g., multiple flights of stairs, narrow doorways, excessive clutter), a surcharge for additional labor may apply.
- Cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or a surcharge will be imposed.
- Unpaid invoices will incur recovery costs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Acceptable payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Venmo
- CashApp
- Cash
- Company checks (personal checks are not accepted)
Additional Service Expenses
AssembleMan reserves the right to recoup any unforeseen expenses incurred during the service, including but not limited to:
- Restricted access (e.g., stairs or other obstacles)
- Unforeseen delays or changes in delivery items, times, or locations
- Removal and disposal of packaging materials
- The hire of specialized equipment or vehicles (e.g., commercial van/truck) for delivery
Service Continuity
- While we strive to minimize any mess during assembly, AssembleMan is not responsible for any additional cleaning that may be required afterward.
- AssembleMan is not liable for any incorrect items provided by the supplier or manufacturer.
- Clients must remain contactable on the scheduled service day unless prior arrangements have been made. If we are unable to reach the client and encounter issues, the service will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity.
- External factors beyond our control (e.g., emergencies, weather conditions) may delay or prevent services. While we will make every effort to meet agreed-upon appointment times, we are not liable for any costs incurred by the client due to such delays.
- Clients are responsible for the cost of power usage required for any equipment used during the service.
Furniture/Product Warranty
- AssembleMan is not liable for any defects or faults in the product, furniture, or equipment.
- We are not responsible for the quality or packaging of the items. Any damages (e.g., scratches, uneven finishes, missing components) are the responsibility of the retailer or vendor.
- We accept no liability for damages to furniture during unloading or assembly if the site is not adequately protected from environmental conditions.
Occupational Health and Safety
AssembleMan is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working conditions (e.g., lighting, temperature, sound levels, safety) do not meet our health and safety standards.
