Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a one-hour call-out fee.
Appointment Times: While we strive to meet scheduled times, factors such as weather, traffic, and local conditions may impact arrival. In such cases, we will keep clients updated.
For the safety and efficiency of our team, please keep children and pets away from the assembly area. Additionally, let us know if there are any parking facilities or fees at the location before your appointment.
Our technicians strive to leave your space as clean as possible after assembly. However, AssembleMan does not offer post-assembly cleaning. We cannot be held liable for any incorrect items provided by suppliers. For smooth operations, clients must remain contactable on the day of service. If not, services may need to be rescheduled.
We prioritize a safe working environment for our technicians. Services may be discontinued if working conditions do not meet safety standards.
AssembleMan is not responsible for defects in the furniture or products we assemble. Any issues related to product condition or manufacturing flaws fall under the responsibility of the original retailer or vendor.
Special Considerations: If an area needs to be cleared or items need to be carried to the assembly location, an additional labor charge may be added to the estimate.
Permanent Fixings: Assembly does not include permanent wall fixings unless specified.
- How do I schedule an appointment with AssembleMan, and when are you available?
We operate 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and Sundays (additional charges may apply for non-standard hours). Once your product is on-site, simply provide the manufacturer/retailer, furniture model, and your preferred assembly date to secure your appointment.
- Can I schedule a specific time for assembly?
We offer morning or afternoon preferences, noted at the time of booking, but specific times cannot be guaranteed.
- Who do I contact to change or cancel my appointment?
For any changes, please call or text (386) 333-1482 with your assigned job number for prompt assistance.
- Will the technician move my product to the assembly location?
Technicians do not move products before or after assembly. Please have the items in their designated assembly area before our arrival.
- How long does an assembly take?
Assembly times vary depending on the project size and complexity. Your technician can provide an estimated completion time upon arrival.
- Will packaging materials be removed?
Technicians will not remove packaging but will break down boxes and place them in on-site disposal area or bins if available.
- Is there a warranty on assembly work?
We provide a 90-day warranty on assembly workmanship from the date of assembly. This does not extend to product defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
