• Flat Rates Per Item: Each item has a set rate, so you know exactly what to expect without any surprises.
• Incremental Pricing: Charges are applied in increments based on the size, complexity, and number of items.
• Bulk Discounts: We offer savings for multiple items:
  • 3–5 items: 10% discount
  • 6–8 items: 20% discount
  • 9 or more items: 30% discount

Factors Affecting Pricing: Our rates may vary based on:

• Complexity: More intricate or multi-step projects may require additional time and precision.
• Size: Larger, heavier items that need special handling.
• Quantity: The more items you have, the more you can save through bulk discounts.

In some cases, additional charges may apply:

• Travel Outside Service Area: For locations outside Flagler and Volusia Counties, a $3 per mile fee applies.
• Special Site Visits for Customized Items: A $30 site visit fee may apply, which will be credited toward your final bill if assembly proceeds.
• Incomplete or Faulty Kits: Additional charges may apply if products have missing or faulty parts.
• Assembly Outside Standard Hours: Work outside regular hours may incur additional fees.
• Items Not Ready for Assembly: If items aren’t ready or accessible, there may be a charge to cover costs.
